Jackboy has reportedly been arrested on burglary and cyberstalking charges in St. Lucie County, Florida over the weekend.
According to XXL, Jackboy — born Pierre Delince — was arrested by the Port St. Lucie Police Department on Saturday (September 16) on an array of charges, including “burglary of an occupied dwelling unarmed” and cyberstalking.

The arrest notes allegedly tie the charges to a domestic violence incident with a dating partner. Jackboy posted a $5,000 bond to secure his release on Saturday hours after being booked.
There aren’t many details available related to the domestic exchange and what could have caused the incident or potential jail time consequences.

The 1804 Records boss has laid low for the most part on the music side in 2023. Prior to taking a vacation relaxing in Costa Rica earlier this month, he dropped off the hard-hitting visual to his “Problems” single to close out August.
Jackboy’s Trust The Process album was slated to arrive via 1804 and Empire on September 11, but the project has been delayed without a firm release date.
The 26-year-old’s last project was released in 2022, where he boasted about his newfound independence after ditching Kodak Black’s Sniper Gang and the major label system with Majorly Independent.
While the arrest serves as the latest hurdle in Jackboy’s life, the rapper nearly lost his life last September in a near-fatal car accident.

Jackboy’s black Chevrolet SUV was totaled but he credited the bulletproof exterior for saving his life.
“Damn, dawg!” he says in one clip as he examines the wreckage. “Wrecked my fucking car, dawg. N-gga almost fucking died. If this bitch wasn’t bulletproof, I woulda muthafucking died out this bitch. Got damn!”
He added in the video’s caption: “I Got Hella whips [I ain’t] Tripping #ExpensivePain. I love my cars bullet proof Dey Could Take A Good Hit [sunglasses emoji] I’ll Have It Back In 3 Days.”
