Lil Baby is extending a helping hand to his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia with a joint project looking to provide employment opportunities to young people.
On Wednesday (July 20), the 4PF boss announced he’s teaming up with his friend and restaurateur Lemont Bradley for a special initiative that will create 100 jobs in the city, mostly to those under the age of 21.
Bradley’s recently-opened Clutch Restaurant is seeking to fill various positions, such as bartenders, waiters, line cooks, dishwashers and more. Bradley also has openings at his other restaurants, Auto Spa Bistro and Eco Car Spa. The duo is also planning to open a lawn care business in the fall.
“We are looking to give out 100 jobs to teenagers and young adults in the metro-Atlanta,” Baby and Bradley said in a joint statement. “With the crime rate surrounding scams, robbery, and even murder being so high, we are looking to provide a positive outlet and revenue stream to those who are looking for an income.”

They continued, “We are so excited about this initiative. Of course, we are looking forward to helping boost the city’s economy, but we are really focused on lowering the city’s crime rate.”
Lil Baby is also getting ready to drop his new documentary, Untrapped: The Story of Lil Baby, on Amazon Prime Video on August 26. The film documents his life story of rising from the streets of Atlanta to headlining festivals worldwide.
“If even one person is inspired to think their life can change, or be close to what they dream of, then this documentary was worth making,” he said. “I just want to share my story in the hope that it helps others get to their own best story.”
