A piece of Hip Hop real estate history could be no more very soon. Drake’s “YOLO Estate” boasts three different mansions and is up for sale at the hefty price tag of $22 million while still drawing a ton of interest from potential buyers.
Outside of celebrity prospects such as Britney Spears and Caitlyn Jenner, real estate developers are foaming at the mouth at the idea of knocking down the Hidden Hills, California three-house estate and turning the land into one giant property for a sole owner, according to TMZ.
Drake is set to come up off 6.7 acres of land for the entire party pad estate, which boasts a swimming pool, an 80-foot long rock waterslide, spa grotto, tennis court, 25-seater theater and wine cellar. The gem of the package deal, the “YOLO Estate,” is on the market for $14.8 million.

Several offers have reportedly been made on the estate and more than 30 potential buyers have seen the property. If the pop icon Britney Spears wants in, she’ll happily be able to resume her music career at home with Drake’s state-of-the-art recording studio.
The “YOLO Estate” listing comes shortly after Drizzy’s pockets became a bit lighter after he closed on a Tuscany-style Beverly Crest mansion that once belonged to English singer-songwriter Robbie Williams for around $70 million.
The massive property boasts 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, an 11-car garage, an elevator, a wine cellar and a private orchard.
