Pusha T is getting ready to drop his fourth studio album, and fans may be in for a surprise once they hit play.
On Monday (February 7), Pusha T responded to a tweet from Carl Chery, Head of Urban Music at Spotify, shouting out the Virginia native’s trademark coke bars. Pusha made a name for himself dropping slick metaphors and hard-hitting wordplay about the drug game that fans love.
“Pusha T coming up with new coke references will never get old,” Chery tweeted. Push retweeted Chery’s claim and revealed he’s operating on a different type of time with this new project. According to the DAYTONA rapper, he’s entering a new age.
“Welp this album is abt feeding the conscious mind, I hope you aren’t disappointed… I’m growing up Carl,” Pusha wrote.

There’s no word on when the album is scheduled to drop, but Pusha T has been feeding fans a healthy dose of information on it. Last month, Push told Complex he has one of the best albums of the year.
“The album of the muthafuckin’ year is coming,” King Push said. “A Pusha album takes a long time … but when it comes together, ain’t nothing fucking with it. I’m on some one thousand percent rap superhero shit. You know me, I have to reinvent myself. I just have to reinvent my greatness.”
The album is rumored to be titled It’s Not Dry Yet and is reportedly produced entirely by Kanye West and The Neptunes. Pusha is scheduled to drop a song titled “Diet Coke” at midnight EST on Tuesday (February 8). FakeShoreDrive notes the track is produced by Kanye West and 88-Keys.
