Lil Uzi Vert has always had a small frame, but over the last few months, Baby Pluto has been getting busy in the gym and packing on the muscle.
In an exclusive video interview with Men’s Health that dropped on Tuesday (December 7), Lil Uzi Vert had cameras join him at Gotham Gym in New York City to give his fans’ a glimpse at the workout routine that has transformed his physique. According to Uzi, he’s put on 10 pounds of muscle in four to five months, and he’s feeling the benefits.
“Working out definitely helps me with my performance and I think that people that’s probably, you know, stressed a lot and going through stuff, they should work out,” he said while warming up on the pads. “I’m one of those people that be in my head and it makes me go crazy … See how heavy I’m breathing, I’m getting all of my anxiety out and stuff.”
Lil Uzi Vert starts his routine with eight rounds of three-minute boxing pad drills, before heading into the weight room for strength training. The Eternal Atake rapper starts with bodyweight pull-ups, before moving on to the bench press, neutral grip bicep curls (a.k.a. “the Uzi curl”), trap bar deadlifts, machine leg presses and lateral raises on a Bosu ball.

“I’m trying to get inspired to get an eight-pack. Well, I have an eight-pack, but two of my packs are on vacation,” he joked while lifting up his shirt and showing off his shredded stomach.
Uzi’s gym goal is to pack on more lean muscle while achieving shoulders like Olympic swimming champion Michael Phelps. “I weigh 142. My goal is 155-ish, all muscle,” he said. “In six months, we’ll do another one of these, I’ll be 155. Y’all be like, ‘Damn! It’s not the same person.'”
Fans first caught a glimpse of Uzi’s workout routine in August, when a video of him hitting the boxing pads with force surfaced. His impressive power and agility had fans talking on social media and even inspired Meek Mill to hit the pads.
