Yo Gotti has been busy being a label executive running the show at Collective Music Group, but it looks like he’s ready to get back on the rapper side of things. On Tuesday (November 16), Yo Gotti took to his Instagram to announce his upcoming project, which will bring a smile to the faces of die-hard fans.
In the trailer shared on his Instagram, Yo Gotti and his team assembled a video montage of his come-up from a local Memphis, Tennessee rapper to a big-name superstar. Fans get to see the covers of his earlier mixtapes when he went by Lil Yo and other archival footage.
In the caption, Gotti revealed the teaser was the official announcement of his upcoming project, CM10. The revered mixtape series from the CMG boss will see a tenth entry that he will split into two different albums titled Free and Game.
“This Project was made for a purpose, it’s Called “Free Game” it’s to give u messages & tell u Da experience of a Young Hustla Dat come from da Hood but ended up in a position no one Expected him to be in,” Gotti wrote in the caption. “Him being Me , From cutting 2dollars off a Dime bag of weed From touching 6 Figures at 16 I’m From North Memphis , Ridgecrest Apts Dam a lot Done Changed I only came back to give u da Game !
