Curren$y has 2021 in a rear-naked choke-hold and doesn’t appear to be letting up anytime soon following his recent link-up with So So Def producer Jermaine Dupri.

In a tweet originally shared on Thursday (October 7), Jermaine Dupri offered a glimpse into their recent studio session with a short clip featuring a snippet of new music, he simply captioned, “man·i·fes·ta·tion.”

Curren$y quickly retweeted the video clip, offering a message of his own regarding his first encounter the legendary producer.

“Bruh…. I wish I could’ve took all yall with me to the studio but it was my first time pullin up on the legend. Ain’t wanna show up 1st day with a whole gang with me. But here’s a peek into what we’re cooking,” Spitta wrote.

He also quoted an additional video snippet from another Twitter user, seemingly confirming a full-blown collaborative project was to follow from their high-level link up.

“We gonna do a whole jernt. Whole project,” he exclaimed.

As the aforementioned tweet explains, Curren$y released his ode to the Atlanta-bred producer on his Harry Fraud-helmed Collection Agency album back in February and has since proceeded to join forces with JetLife-affiliated producers Kino Beats and Trauma Tone on back-to-back collaborative projects.

Curren$y also dropped of his 11-track Still Stoned On Ocean album Friday, October 8 featuring guest verses from Jim Jones and Fendi P.

For listeners that may have not tuned in yet, be on the lookout for a possible appearance from Rick Ross on the project in the days following the release, as Spitta announced the Wingstop mogul contacted him about hopping on one of his favorite records from the album.

“Ross heard angels on the hood and hit me about it… I said shid just slide some adlibs on that hoe for me ….. got it right back so I guess we gonna swap this one out on the album…. y’all down?,” Curren$y wrote.
