After accusing Dr. Dre‘s estranged wife Nicole Young of embezzling funds from a joint business last month, Dre’s business partner claims she did it again.

On Tuesday (September 22), TMZ reported Dre’s Record One Studio co-founder Larry Chatman had his attorneys send a letter to Young accusing her of taking out another $31K from their bank account after being no longer legally authorized.

Dre and Chatman co-founded the studio in 2015 under an LLC, where Young was named a trustee and signatory on the LLC’s checking account. However, Chatman says Young was removed after she wrote herself a $363,571.85 check from the company’s bank account last month amid her divorce from Dre.

According to Chatman, the second check for $31,457 came two days after she received notice of no longer being on the board or account. He believes this is grounds for a grand theft charge, which his team is reportedly threatening to file.

After calling the first accusation a “low-grade PR stunt,” Young’s attorney Bryan Freedman once again dismissed Chatman’s claims.

“This is a clear attempt to smear Nicole’s name,” he told TMZ. “As people are well aware, banks do not give out money to people who are not authorized to receive it.”

Prior to what’s becoming an extremely nasty $1 billion divorce, Young and Dre were married for 24 years and welcomed two children. She is currently seeking almost $2 million a month in spousal support.
