Los Angeles, CA

Danielle Bregoli — widely known as the “Cash Me Ousside” girl — has taken the music industry by storm as Bhad Bhabie.

After signing a deal with Atlantic Records in 2017, the 16-year-old Dr. Phil breakout star has now secured a $1 million exclusive songwriter and co-publishing agreement on June 12 with Pulse Music Group — home to Ty Dolla $ign, Run The Jewels and Rich The Kid.

According to TMZ, Bregoli will receive $350,000 up front and two $325,000 installments once she hits certain revenue targets. The $1 million is an advance on future royalties, but she’ll receive at least 70 percent of her future record sales, licensing fees and digital streaming.

At just 14 years old, Bregoli became the youngest female rapper to ever have a Billboard Hot 100 song when “These Heaux” debuted at #77.

In an 2017 interview with HipHopDX, Bregoli explained how she got here and why she ended up with a record deal.

“What would you do if you were put in the situation I was?” she said. “And your mom put you on a TV show and you came home from a program, and you didn’t even know the latest music that was out — didn’t know anything. Your mom gives you your phone and you look on the Instagram explore page, and there’s a million pictures of you?

“Every other picture is a picture of you with something saying, ‘Cash me ousside’ on it and you don’t even remember that you said that. Then all of sudden somebody calls you and they’re like, ‘Hey do you rap, do you sing?’ And you say no, but they wanna manage you and say, ‘I think we can make something out of you.’”

Bregoli continued, “Then they fly you out to Los Angeles and they basically put you in a little Airbnb, and they take you to meet with a record label because they just want to meet you. They think that you can be an artist. They ask you if you like music, you say, ‘Yes.’ They say, ‘Okay we want to give you a record deal. You sound good.’ Are you not gonna take that?”

Bregoli had a point. Under her new deal, she’ll have ample opportunities to pump out even more music. Her latest video, “Get Like Me” featuring NLE Choppa, was released last month and has already racked up over 7 million YouTube views.
