Cardi B Indicted For Strip Club Brawl
A grand jury indicted Cardi B for her involvement in a strip club brawl that took place in New York last August.

Now, she’s facing several charges, including two counts of felony attempted assault with intent to cause serious physical injury, misdemeanor reckless endangerment, assault, criminal solicitation, conspiracy and harassment.

Director Sacha Jenkins Discusses “Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics & Men” & Interviewing Divine
Film director Sacha Jenkins spoke with HipHopDX about his work on the documentary series Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics & Men and revealed how long it took to create.
“Well, the whole thing took about 18 months,” Jenkins told DX. “When you consider the amount of work and storytelling, that’s a pretty quick turnaround. I don’t remember specifically when we started, but it took us about 18 months to get it done. I had to be very strategic in how I made it happen, how we made it happen. Of course, there’s a scene in the theater where all the guys are together. It’s really difficult getting them all together, but I figured if I could pull it off at least one time, I’d be able to get a lot of material that would fill up the documentary.”

Psalm One On Escaping Domestic Violence To Emerge With “Flight Of The Wig” Album
Chicago’s Psalm One released her Flight Of The Wig LP through Bandcamp last month and shared her thoughts on how music is consumed in today’s streaming-obsessed society during a conversation with DX.
“From tapes to CDs to mp3s to streaming to what’s next? Music by injection?” she said with a laugh. “Sometimes you have to take a seat, and you usually have to accept that you don’t know everything. How I released music in 2001 is not how we do it now. Can’t be stuck in your ways.”
