A spokesperson for Prince Charles has confirmed that he will not be attending a 10-year anniversary concert for his deceased ex-wife, Princess Diana, according to allhiphop.com.
The concert is being organized by Princess Diana’s sons with Prince Charles, William and Henry. It’s slated for July 1 at Wembly Stadium in London, featuring a diverse group of performers. The roster includes Pharell Williams, Kanye West, Elton John, Lily Allen, Natasha Bedingfield and Rod Stewart amongst others.
“The concert is really for the younger generation to enjoy,” said Prince Charles’ spokesperson.
His second wife is expected to attend.

Prince Charles and Diana, also known as Di, wed in 1981. Princess Di was internationally popular de to her charitable work worldwide. The couple was officially divorced in 1996 and Princess Di was killed in August 1997, in a car crash along with boyfriend Dodi Fayed and his chauffeur.
