Charli XCX has recruited the talents of Lizzo for her latest collaborative single, “Blame It On Your Love.”

A photo of the two was uploaded to the British pop star’s Instagram on Tuesday (May 14) announcing their impending collaborative release. The photo that captures Lizzo holding up a sign that reads, “bout to 2 save pop music” was cleverly captioned by miss XCX, “TEEHEE LIKE IF U AGREE BLAME IT ON YOUR LOVE FEATURING LIZZO DROPS TOMORROW ANGLES!!!”

The collaborative single, produced by Stargate and A.G. Cook, is a pop-soaked anthem though-and-through featuring a barrage of references from both women. Charli insists, “I just wanna drink you up, pour you in a silver cup” while Lizzo adds some raunchy flavor to the record, “my body like a swisher, just roll it!”

Lizzo is still riding the high from her recently released third studio album, Cuz I Love You, shared on April 19 via Atlantic Records. Her growing stardom recently garnered her a live performance on Jimmy Kimmel, a digital cover for Essence and a scheduled performance at the upcoming 2019 MTV Movie & TV Awards.
