Canadian Concert-goer Assaulted at 50 Cent Show

According the the Vancouver
Sun
, Clayton Baker (of
Abbotsfield, BC) has filed a lawsuit against the Pacific National Exhibition as well as four security guards after
he was assaulted while at a 50 Cent
concert.

Baker claims that
he was grabbed, thrown to the ground and removed from the venue with unnecessary
force, during the December 3rd concert (2005).

Baker also filed
a lawsuit against the concert promoter as he should be held responsible for
creating such a hostile environment.

Suffering from bruises on his face, a fractured hand,
emotional distress, loss of enjoyment in life has been unable to work since the
attack, Baker is seeking unspecified
damages for the injuries.

Rick Ross Sued for $1
Million

According to The
Philadelphia Inquirer
, Kevon
Glickman
(Rick Ross’ manager)
filed a lawsuit on Tuesday, April 10th, with claims that RickRoss owes approx. $1 million for his services (which include setting
up the deal for Ross’ debut album, Port of Miami).

Glickman claims
that after the success of his single, Hustlin,
Ross began to cut him off and
demanding that commissions be paid to an associate, Elric “E-Class” Prince.
