Los Angeles, CA

Chicago rapper CupcakKe recently backed out from Fashion Nova’s concert, celebrating the launch of Cardi B’s new fashion line with the brand. The show’s lineup originally included her along with Dreamdoll, and City Girls.

The “Crayons” MC blasted Fashion Nova on Twitter, saying that she quit after realizing that her set time was cut short, while the other performers were reportedly given more time.

“Sooooooooo fashion Nova decided to cut some of my time off my performance and raise other people times up which is very unfair to me so I came to a conclusion I don’t want to perform at the fashion nova party but I thank cardi for the opportunity,” she writes.

After a fan responded to her announcement with, “Sis you should have taken the opportunity even if it were five minutes long,” she clapped back with, “On a scale of water – pee, how thirsty do you think I am?” among other related memorabilia, like beefing with Love & Hip Hop: New York‘s Mariah Lynn.
