Kanye West Is Done With Politics
Kanye West feels he’s been used for political gain. In a tweet, he accused Candace Owens of using him by attaching his name to designs that were for her “Blexit” campaign, which encourages black voters to leave the Democratic Party. He then distanced himself from politics altogether.
“My eyes are now wide open and now realize I’ve been used to spread messages I don’t believe in,” he tweeted.

Nicki Minaj Calls Out Steve Madden For Lying About Her
After Nicki Minaj and Cardi B decided to publicly set aside their differences, designer Steve Madden hopped on Twitter to accuse Nicki of lying about a deal offer she received from his company.

It wasn’t long before the truth revealed that she indeed had a deal offer.
Madden immediately backtracked from his statement to apologize, but Nicki and her Barbz were not so forgiving.
“Eat a dick nigga,” Nicki responded in a tweet to his apology. “You lied on me cuz it was the trendy thing 2do! Ain’t nobody buyin that clown shit. We couldn’t work together cuz I said the shoes were ugly.”

Hip Hop celebrated Halloween this year with their best looks. Beyoncé surprised everyone with her Toni Braxton costume because she looked eerily like her.
Missy Elliot as herself, Diddy as Pennywise, YG as Michael Jackson and Rita Ora as Post Malone were among the many costumes sported this year.

Talib Kweli Explains Joint Kanye West Album Delay: “He Still Has More Work To Do”
After Kanye West announced he was distancing himself politics, Talib Kweli hinted he was ready to finish the album they were working on together. But, he later spoke about its delay and why it’s not back on the table just yet in an exclusive interview with DX.

“We started working on one but I stopped going around once it was clear that he wasn’t hearing me re: the Trump/Candace Owens stuff,” Kweli told DX’s Kyle Eustice. “I posted that clip on IG not so much to restart the album, but to remind him that I was warning him thru song about the very people who took advantage of him way before he allowed them to … I have a lot of love for Ye but he still has more work to do.”

Kathleen Hanna Honors Husband King Ad-Rock & Chuck D With Tees 4 TOGO Line
Kathleen Hanna, a punk rock icon and the wife of Beastie Boys member Ad-Rock, launched her Tees 4 TOGO earlier this month. So far, it seems shirts of her husband and Public Enemy’s Chuck D are outselling her own.

“We had the party the other night, and we built the store in this little room in our house and sold t-shirts,” Hanna told DX. “The next morning, we were looking at the stacks that were left and I was like, ‘There’s only three Ad-Rocks and there’s like 12 Kathleens.’ What’s going on? [laughs].
“Then I looked at the web store to see in two days how much we sold, and I was like, ‘He outsold me again.’ But actually Chuck is a very big seller, too and I’m very happy about that because I’ve been wearing that shirt a lot. I love that shirt.”
