With Halloween around the corner, it was only fitting that Seed of 6ix is offering up a double dose of death music celebrate.
The trio — consisting of DJ Paul’s nephews Locodunit and Lil Infamous have joined forces with HipHopDX for the rollout of their “Up” / “Paris” double feature.
“We’re always working, whether it’s laying vocals for a song, making beats, shooting videos etc.,” Loco tells DX about the videos’ hellish origins. “A few months ago, we shot videos for some songs off our Juniors mixtape, we just didn’t put the videos out. So recently we were shooting videos for our new Dark Triad release, and we thought it would be a good idea to combine the videos to show what we do. I’m pretty sure the supporters will appreciate it!
Lil Infamous chimes in, “We felt this would be the perfect way to present the unreleased visuals for our previous project. We want to keep our fans focused on new material, as well as give them something unexpected. Both songs also have a gritty vibe, so they complement each other well.”

The aforementioned Dark Triad should serve as an apt bridging point for Three 6 fans — new and old — for the King of Memphis will be heavily instrumental in the project.
“It’s called Dark Triad, and it has three hard new songs on it produced by DJ Paul and myself,” Locodunit explains. “It will be on all platforms worldwide, and it’s dropping Halloween which is very special because that’s Lord Infamous – Rest in Peace – and DJ Paul’s anniversary in rap, so it was an honor for us to drop it on Halloween. Basically, it’s that classic based-out, creepy Memphis sound that everyone loves. It’s super dope.”
As for the meaning, Lil Infamous revealed there is more to the title than meets the naked eye saying, “If you’ve never heard of the term Dark Triad, it refers to the three personality traits of narcissism, Machiavellianism, and psychopathy. With that being said, I’m sure listeners will find this to be perfect for them on Halloween.”
