A video uploaded to Instagram over the weekend indicates that Don Toliver is the latest artist to be signed to the Travis Scott-led Cactus Jack Records.
Although an official announcement has yet to be made, the signing appeared to be a done deal in a celebratory video Toliver shared on social media on Sunday (August 5).
HipHopDX reached out for confirmation but didn’t immediately hear back confirmed with a Toliver rep that the signing is official.
The Houston musician expressed his gratitude in the video’s caption, writing, “My brother @travisscott welcomed me to the family #CACTUSJACK all ima say is I’m blessed to be in this position and this is just the beginning.”

In addition to dropping a verse on “Can’t Say,” a record featured on Travis Scott’s newly released Astroworld album, Toliver also dropped his own project last week. Titled Donny Womack, the 13-track project serves as his debut mixtape.
“I’ve been working on Donny Womack for a minute. I’ve been trying to catch my vibe and figure out who exactly Donny Womack is and what he’s trying to accomplish out here. I’ve gotten to a point where I have to figure out where I want to go with the direction of my music and how I want it to be presented to people,” Toliver said while speaking with Genius about the mixtape.
Toliver also recently garnered praise from Travis Scott, who dubbed him a “young Houston legend.”
