More than two years after its release, some interesting news regarding Kanye West’sThe Life Of Pablo album has surfaced.
The reveal came during an episode of American Psycho author Bret Easton Ellis’ podcast. According to Ellis, Kanye reached out to him to make “pornographic videos on tracks he had recorded during The Life of Pablo sessions.”
Although the videos never came to fruition, he was recently summoned by Kanye yet again for another visual project.
Around the time of his contentious TMZ interview, Ellis says Kanye invited him to his home to discuss a television series the two worked on in 2016 that also never got made. The rapper now wanted to turn the series into a movie.

Admittedly hesitant due to Kanye’s Twitter rants and appearance on TMZ, Ellis confessed that ‘Ye was the most sane he’s seen him in years.
“In the five years I had known him, I had never seen him this focused, this together,” Ellis said during his podcast.
He added that Kanye was “sane, his own man” and not a “drugged-out freak gibbering on Twitter as the media suggested.”
Ellis’ latest podcast can be streamed here.
