Made From Scratch is a new original digital series from Fuse that was crafted to give viewers a look at their favorite artists when they step outside of the studio and into the kitchen.
In the premiere episode, Brooklyn’s own Young M.A opens up about her recent lifestyle changes, introduction to the music industry, her influences, and what life was like before she became a platinum-selling artist. One of those influences is the debut album from 50 Cent, Get Rich Or Die Tryin’, which just enjoyed its 15th anniversary last week.
“Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ is the first album I took actually serious,” said Young M.A. “I was a kid when that album came out and to me, that was the biggest thing in the world.”
