The unmistakable Stitches, the Miami rapper who rocks multiple face tattoos, won’t serve time in prison for felony gun charges, according to TMZ. His attorney struck a plea deal in his case allowing Stitches to complete an intervention program rather than sit behind bars.
Legal documents reportedly state the “Brick In Yo Face” viral phenom can’t possess any firearms until he obtains a gun license. He’s also required to complete 25 hours of community service and a firearm safety course.
Stitches was arrested last January after police found a Glock and two rounds of ammunition in his vehicle. Police stopped him after they witnessed him pulling out of a handicapped spot at a local Whole Foods Market. Along with the gun and ammo, cops also discovered a mason jar with over an ounce of marijuana inside and an Oxycodone pill.
Since then, the father of three says he’s ditched hardcore drugs to make more positive music and focus on his family.
