Hopsin says he’s not been convicted of any crime despite reports surfacing that the former Funk Volume leader pleaded guilty to charges of assaulting a woman in Australia yesterday (September 7).
The 31-year-old MC took to Instagram, where he has been sharing his side of the saga, to explain what happened in court Down Under.
“[J]ust to clear the air, Im still allowed into Australia and have no criminal convictions,” he says. “The judge read right through the over exaggerated bullshit being thrown at me and worded it as ‘trivial’. Ive done harm to nobody. I’m good.”
Hopsin originally said after he was arrested that he was possibly going to be banned from the country and expressed he was going through a bout of depression.
