Jay Z brought out all his celebrity friends for Roc Nation’s 2016 Summer Classic Charity Basketball Tournament at the Barclays Center on Thursday (July 21) in Brooklyn, New York.

JadakissT.I., Justine Skye, Nick Jonas, Jesse Williams, Alex Rodriguez, Miguel Cotto and Terrell Owens are just a few of Jay’s famous friends who came out to support the charitable event.

The tournament was a showdown between Team CC Sabathia and Team Robinson Cano, who served as the coaches for each squad as well as a battle between newcomers, Team Cotto and Team Jonas. Team Cano took home the championship trophy.

Ticket sales from the event went to charities run by Roc Nation clients including Sabathia’s PitCCh In Foundation, an organization with plans to “enrich the lives of inner city youth” and Jonas’ charity Beyond Type 1.  Cano and Cotto’s charities were represented as well with the RC22 Foundation, a charity dedicated to helping disadvantaged children, and the Fundacion El Angel de Miguel Cotto respectively.

Roc Nation also had an exclusive silent auction with various memorabilia. Among the items auctioned off were an autographed pair of Rihanna’s Puma “Creeper” sneakers, ringside tickets to Andre Ward vs. Alexander Brand boxing match with VIP amenities and signed glove and a baseball glove signed by New York Yankees legend Derek Jeter among other cool paraphernalia.

In 2014, Roc Nation’s Summer Classic Charity Basketball Tournament raised $1,040,000 with Chris Brown, Terrell Owens, Fabolous and DJ Khaled playing ball, among other celebs.
