Atlanta, GA

Howard Ross began his career within the music industry as an intern for management and marketing firm Street Execs, more known for their handling 2 Chainz and Young Dolph.

Starting off as a cameraman for Travis Porter, he elevated to graphic design and marketing for the company. Eventually, Ross found himself working alongside top-tier talent from Monica, Trinidad James and K Camp to Akon.

Working alongside Street Execs co-owner and former manager to Bankroll Fresh, Allen Parks, Ross will now serve as the director for Atlanta-based multimedia and event planning company We Hard Productions. “We have been actively shooting videos and planning events for a while now so it only makes sense that we start a company,” Ross tells HipHopDX. “With this company, we plan on making it to the big screen and major award ceremonies.” According to Ross, the name came from people saying “that’s hard” in regards to video shoots as he would respond “that’s because we hard.”

We Hard Productions will also be posting never-before-seen photos of various artists attached to the Street Execs brand, as well as behind-the-scenes for music videos produced by the entity.
