Mosaic Unlimited, LLC and renowned artist DJ Envy present The Hi-life, a fusion of art, fashion, cars and music May 15, 2016. Hosted at the prestigious Meadowlands Exposition Center just five miles from Manhattan, the event will provide a cornucopia blend of industries inspired by the marvels of engineering greatness from 12pm-7pm.

“Cars have always been a part of Hip Hop. Along with Jewelry and Fashion, Cars have always been one of the Top 5 topics spoken on in hip-hop songs. I feel like the move to expand the car show and move it into a larger venue is a testament to the progress and popularity of our annual show. This year we have a celebrity guest list full of artists, athletes, actors, models, bloggers and socialites…that all share the love of automobiles. It gonna be a great event!” Say’s DJ Envy’s regarding the growth of the car show.

DJ Envy co-hosts the event and will mix it up on the 1’s and 2’s. Although this is his 5th year hosting the Car Show alongside Mr. SRT, this year will be the biggest to date. His syndicated radio show, The Breakfast Club, which includes personalities: Angela Yee and Charlemagne Tha God, is one of the top rated shows in the country. Will Castro, producer, actor and car enthusiast will also provide entertainment.

For the fashion lovers, the wide range of brands has something for everyone. The lineup includes Zangari, Relevant Customs, Zoodoo, Inshallah, Brooklyn Celebrity, Rich and Faded, Born Fly, GoodWood NYC, Rock Beats Paper, Dope Gang, East Wick USA, Cotton Hustle, Marquee Vega, Everything Pretty Boutique, and Diem.

The artists that are lending their talents to The Hi-Life are some of the best in their fields. From Ashish Patel, a fine art portrait illustrator; to BK the Artist, a Baltimorean who specializes in social issues depictions; to Hocas, a graffiti artist from Queens; to Misshattan, a photographer and model, to Raheem “King Saladeen” Johnson a West Philadelphia native. Their works are both amazing and intriguing.

Envy also adds, “Cars has always been a part of Hip-Hop. Along with Jewelry and Fashion, Cars have always been one of the Top 5 topics spoken on in Hip-Hop songs. It’s part of the boisterous nature of Hip-Hop. It’s something that as a young kid, you’ll always remember that car that you wanted or that car that your favorite rappers were showcasing in your favorite videos. When you ask a young rapper what he gonna do with his 1st check, chances are they gonna say…”Imma hit the dealership” it’s a part of the lifestyle.”

Special performances and appearances by Joe Budden, Juelz Santana, Joell Ortiz, Barbee, and Grafh.
