Straight Outta Compton, Ice Cube and Will Smith were among the winners at the All Def Movie Awards, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The first-time event was held in Los Angeles yesterday (February 24) and was hosted by Tony Rock, the brother of Oscar host Chris Rock. The All Def Movie Awards is set to air Sunday (February 28), the same day as the Oscars.
Straight Outta Compton won Best Picture at the awards and was accepted by Ice Cube, who was also presented the Most Quoted Movie award for Friday.
Ice Cube also hauled in the Best Black Survivor in a Movie for his role as Danny Rich in Anaconda.

Will Smith was presented the Lifetime Achievement Award by fellow musician-actor Tyrese Gibson.
Russell Simmons created the awards show in response to the “stunning lack of diversity” in Hollywood
