Eminem’s Shady Records donated $10,000 to Duck Down’s fundraiser for Sean Price‘s family Wednesday (August 12), Mike Trampe reports.
The label created a CrowdRise page in the wake of Price’s death and has $86,000 raised to date. The rapper died in his sleep August 8. He is survived by his wife and three children.
Paul Rosenberg, Eminem’s manager, responded to Price’s death via AllHipHop.
“I swear I just told Marshall (Eminem) on Thursday that Sean was my current favorite,” Rosenberg says. “I hung on every word in his verses.”
