Think It’s A Game Entertainment is countersuing Rich Homie Quan, according to Bossip.
The lawsuit alleges that the rapper signed an exclusive recording agreement with the company in 2012 and that he soon began skirting his contractual responsibilities.
The company is seeking 50 percent ownership of the material he’s released since signing with them and an injunction prohibiting him from entering into any other recording contracts.
The lawsuit says Rich Homie Quan never accounted to them for the money he made from unauthorized music he released while signed to them.
