In an alleged 2011 sexual assault suit a female accuser claimed she was sexually assaulted during a music video shoot involving Tyga. Allison Brown was eventually awarded $50,000 out of court last year but reportedly, she hasn’t received all of her money yet.

According to TMZ, Brown has been paid half of the money so far, but wants all of it. Now. She recently filed court documents forcing the Los Angeles native to pay her in addition to a financial penalty for making her wait.

Brown originally claimed she was forced to drink alcohol, appear topless on camera (where she was promised full nudity wouldn’t be shown on the final cut of the video) and dry humped by a man in a rabbit suit during the “Make It Nasty” video shoot. She was given $25,000 in February. Tyga’s camp hasn’t publicly responded to Brown’s most recent claims.
