Two members of 50 Cent’s entourage have been accused of assault and robbery by a Los Angeles-based jeweler, according to a new report from TMZ.
According to the site, owner of LAX Jewelry Co., Robert Marin, claims he met up with 50 Cent in Las Vegas earlier this month to make a jewelry sale worth upwards of $250,000. After meeting with 50 at a nightclub in the city Marin says he was invited to visit Floyd Mayweather’s gym in order to finalize negotiations of the sale, which consisted of a watch and a necklace. Once at the gym, Marin claims he was pistol-whipped by two members of 50 Cent’s entourage before being robbed of the jewelry and left behind.
TMZ reports that Marin followed up by filing a police report but a representative for 50 Cent has already shot down the claims as fabricated. “On behalf of 50, I can adamantly deny that he or his security had anything to do with these baseless and false allegations,” 50 Cent’s lawyer, Scott Leemon said.
