50 Cent and French Montana exchanged jabs via social media yesterday (March 29).

Both New York rappers posted a series of Instagram photos which appeared to be aimed at the other party, even though neither of them tagged the other.

One week ago, Fif shared a promotional ad via the social media site with the caption: “Good morning I want to thank everyone who has went and asked for Effen in stores and bars.it will be the New #1 vodka this summer.Southern wine and spirits. #noPuffyjuice lol ##EFFENVODKA

50 was perhaps referring to Ciroc, the once-fledgling vodka brand Puff has helped increase sales for since partnering with it in 2007.

French Montana apparently didn’t find the hashtag funny.

The “Ain’t Worried Bout Nothing” rapper took to Instagram yesterday to poke fun at 50’s 2005 GQ cover.

“Stop!!!! Legendary !!” French wrote via IG.

50 quickly responded to French’s post with an image of French, alongside his rumored-girlfriend Khloe Kardashian. A bare-chested Puff Daddy is sprawled out in between the rumored-couple.

In 2012, French and Fif feuded after 50 responded to an interview French did with Complex Magazine. When Montana claimed 50’s career was stifled by “beefs,” the G-Unit frontman replied on Twitter:

“French Montana you ain’t Sh!t boy. You out your league talking about me you hoe. i read your little interview what the fucx is you high,” he tweeted. “French your Sh!t so weak you never had a song by your self fool. AIn’t nobody’s waiting to hear your verse. Girl. Do you realize this fool @FrenchMontana hasn’t sold one record and talking about sales. I’m not tweeting about this little fool No more.
