The Emmy nominations were announced today (July 10) for the 2014 award show.
The Roots were among the nominees for their work on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which is up for Best Variety Series. The show is up against The Colbert Report, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Real Time with Bill Maher and Saturday Night Live.
Elsewhere, The Voice is up for Reality-Competition Program. The Voice, which has featured CeeLo and Usher, is up against The Amazing Race, So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing with the Stars, Top Chef and Project Runway.
