To no surprise at all (I predicted it months ago), Mos Def’s sophomore album has been pushed back until October 12th. That will bode well for the re-release of Mos’ 1994 album “Manifest Destiny” with his former group Urban Thermo Dynamics. That album will drop October 26th via Illson Media. De La’s “The Grind Date” has also been pushed into October (5th). If the singles “Rock Kokaine” and “The Grind Date” are any indication, De La could have another classic on their hands…
