Miami hosted MTV’s Video Music Awards last night, and it was a venue tailor made for musicians to show off what they got. With the show taking place right off the water, countless artists showed up on jaw-dropping yachts. P. Diddy definitely had the most impressive vessel, but Xzibit may have matched him by being accompanied by four Dolphin cheerleaders.

Onto the winners, Andre’s “Hey Ya!” won Video of the Year, Best Hip-Hop Video, Best Special Effects and Best Art Direction. Outkast appropriately closed the show with a medley of “Prototype,” “The Way You Move,” “Ghetto Musick” and “Hey Ya!”

Jay also came away with four moon men, all for “99 Problems.” The video won for Best Rap Video, Best Direction, Best Editing and Best Cinematography. Dressed to impress as always, Jay gave his now trademark shout out “What up B?” Which was later returned by Beyonce when she won for Best Female Video for “Naughty Girl.”
