Haven’t we learned already that the ghetto invasion of white suburbia just isn’t funny anymore, and was rarely funny in the first place? The producers of “Method & Red” are learning that is the case as they have scrapped three episodes of the show.
The show has been marred in controversy since the first episode was shown, some went as far as calling it one of the worst shows ever made. As the criticism continued, Method Man had some of his own when he blasted executives at Fox for changing the vision of the show and limiting his creative control.
“This is frustrating for me, and it’s not turning out for me as expected,” Method Man said. “I know what I wanted this show to be, but there’s been too much compromise on our side and not enough on their side.”
