C-Murder is certainly doing his best to try and live up to his moniker now isn’t he? He has already been found guilty of shooting a 16 year old (he is awaiting a second trial for second degree murder charges), now the rapper has been indicted on second degree attempted murder.
The incident took place three years ago at Club Raggs. The owner of the New Orleans club refused to allow Miller into the club without a proper search. This was enough to send Miller off the deep end and pull his gun and try and shoot the owner in the back.
Fortunately for the owner, the gun jammed. That didn’t stop C-Murder though. He allegedly fixed the gun, fired a shot into the floor and then tried to shoot him again only to have it jam again. He then fled the scene. Didn’t he brag about that in a song once?
Master P’s little brother is facing 50-year sentence if he is convicted of the second-degree attempted murder charges. No word yet on the trial date.
