Snoop Dogg is looking to return this fall with his seventh LP, tentatively titled “Rhythm & Gangsta: The Masterpiece.” The album will his first as a member of The Neptunes Star Trak label. Months ago the Long Beach native inked a joint deal with his own Doggy Style imprint and the Neptunes’ Star Trak label, through Geffen Records.

Along with “some surprise superstar appearances,” Snoop will be collaborating with the Neptunes (ya think?), along with Gap Band founder Charlie Wilson. No names where mentioned, but he will also be working with former collaborators.

Of course, that could range from Dr. Dre to DJ Premier to Timbaland on the production front and from Too $hort to Xzibit to Ludacris on the rhyme front.
