The New No Limit Records/KOCH Records has announced the release of July 27th release of Silkk The Shocker’s new studio album, “Based on a True Story.”
“Based on a True Story” is his fifth full-length album in 8 years and follows 2001’s gold-certified “My World My Way” and 1999’s platinum-plus, “Made Man.”
Silkk has been working on “Based on a True Story” for some time now, his new single, “We Like Them Girls” featuring Master P marks his return to the airwaves, officially impacting at radio on May 24-25th.
The youngest of the Miller brothers has sold more than 3.5 million units to date and has appeared on several No Limit bestsellers including the 2X platinum Tru 2 Da Game, as a member of the group TRU, and the platinum-plus Goodfellas, as a member of the 504 Boyz.
