Although his third album “Penitentiary Chances” was released on April 27th, former Hot Boy Turk is still behind bars. A federal court in Memphis, Tennessee has deemed Turk also known as Tab Virgil a flight risk and denied any bail hearing that might release him from jail. Turk is currently being charged with second degree attempted murder of a Memphis Deputy Sheriff. A second charge against him was dropped once ballistic tests showed that Turk did not shot a second officer, another police officer did. “We were hoping to have Turk out of prison to help promote his album but alas we’ll have to market it on our own. “Penitentiary Chances” is his best album yet and we’re sure Hot Boys fans everywhere will love it,” Alan Grunblatt, KOCH Records General Manager and Executive VP said.
