In the words of Slick Rick, heeeeeeere we go. February 24th marks the first big day of multiple releases in this young year.

First on the list is Royce Da 5’9’s sophomore album “Death Is Certain.” Having had the advance for a couple weeks now I can tell, do not let this album pass you by. Beats by Primo, Carlos “Six July” Broady (including beats originally made for Biggie), Ty Fyffe and Reef.

Finally!! The long awaited debut from Cali Agent number two. Planet Asia’s appropriately titled “The Grand Opening” features production from Jake One, Vitamin D, Architect, Supa Dave West and Oh No plus guest spots from Ghostface, Rasco, Goapele and more.

Aceyalone’s slept-on 95 classic is getting a proper and much needed re-release. “All Balls Don’t Bounce” features the remastered originally plus a second disk of lost remixes, b-sides and videos. If you missed this 9 years ago, don’t make the same mistake now.
