Michael Tyler, better known as Mystikal has been sentenced to six years in prison for sexual battery. The former No Limit soldier and two other men where accused by his former hairstylist of forcing her to give them oral sex. The twist on the story was that Mystikal had accused her of stealing $80,000 from him and that is why he forced the oral sex.
According to Baton Rouge Judge Tony Marabella, had the victim not acted the way she had, Mystikal would have received the maximum sentence of 10 years. “The court is convinced that the defendant believes he is above the law and can take the law into his own hands,” Marabella added.
Mystikal’s two accomplices, his bodyguards Leland Ellis and Vercy Carter, were each sentenced to four years. They will all begin serving their sentences immediately.
