The rumors are that Em will be dropping a little EP with these songs, plus a few others. But until that is confirmed…Let’s break it down:

“Bully” (which was apparently written months ago) is another scathing dis to Benzino & Ja Rule in which Em uses yet another flow (which is crazy). Ja Rule actually gets it much worse here as he accuses him of just being a puppet for Irv, who is Suge’s puppet. Furthermore, Em actually takes the responsible route (gasp!) in the last verse and says all this beef needs to stop before someone else gets killed.

“Monkey See Monkey Do” is another track aimed at Ja and Murder Inc, but is aimed at a lot rappers by the sounds of it (“a lot of rappers on my list it just ain’t Ja/and I’ma read that motherfucker off come April”). The highlight of the song being when he wishes that an emcee of Jay or Nas’ caliber brings it to him.

“Can-I-Bitch” is obviously aimed at Canibus, a cartoonish track lightly structured around Slick Rick’s “Children Story.” He doesn’t take a particularly harsh stance in the song but certainly roasts Bis in humorous fashion.

“We As Americans” ranges from his bitching that he can’t carry a gun anymore to protect himself to other various dramas. The highlight has to be “fuck money I don’t rap for dead presidents/I’d rather see the president dead.”

“Love You More” is a rather disturbing song for Kim. Even though “’97 Bonnie & Clyde” and “Kim” were more shocking, I find this much more bizarre. The basic gist of the song his him dissecting their fucked up relationship and he tells her that the more she hates him, the more he loves her, etc.

You can check out the lyrics to the song on the message board, thanks to DK.
