“It would take me far more time than any judge has to describe all the deficiencies in this complaint,” Judge Jed Rakoff said to the courtroom. This was in reference to the $25 million lawsuit filed against Puffy by former Bad Boy President Keith Burrowes.
If you may recall from a couple months back, Burrowes made various claims against Diddy, among them; he threatened him with a baseball bat in 1996 to force him to give up his 25% share in Bad Boy and sabotaged his management deal with Mary J. Blige.
What caught the most attention, was that Burrowes claimed Puffy was responsible for the murder of 2Pac. In any event, Burrowes intends to appeal the Manhatten courts
