A booking agency has dismissed its size able lawsuit against DMX.

TMZ reports that the agency, Heavy Rotation, dropped its $630,000 suit against the rapper, though it hasn’t said why.

In March, Heavy Rotation filed a suit against X in New York City, claiming that it had an exclusive, yearlong deal with the Yonkers rapper to book him international tour dates.

Apparently, child support issues and a traffic violation resulted in a lien being placed on X’s passport, preventing him from leaving the country.

Despite the fact that Heavy Rotation claimed it lost nearly $750,000 on the deal, it seems to have changed its stance – a fact that X’s manager, Jason Fowler, says makes the rapper and his camp very happy.
