In October, singer T-Boz filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy, claiming that she owed $768,642.99 to numerous creditors.

TMZ reports that last week, the judge threw her case out of court.

The judge dismissed the case because T-Boz reportedly made no effort to settle her affairs, pay off her debts or appear at a creditors’ meeting.

Creditors may now pursue the former TLC singer until she files for bankruptcy again, which she cannot do for 180 days.
