After releasing Graffiti, his first studio album since the domestic violence incident with former girlfriend Rihanna, Chris Brown is popping off at the mouth, alleging that major retailers are “blackballing” him.

Using his public Twitter page to criticize merchants, Brown claims, “im tired of this sh*t. major stores r blackballing my CD. not stockin the shelves and lying to costumers. what the f*ck do i gotta do.” In another tweet he added, “im not biting my tongue about shit else… the industry can kiss my ass.”

Dropping just weeks after Rihanna’s fourth studio album, Rated R, Brown’s Graffiti has received mixed criticisms from fans and media alike. Many are speculating whether or not Brown’s dark past will have a further affect on his popularly, and ultimately, his album sales.

Brown’s third studio album, which hit shelves domestically on December 8, is currently number two on the iTunes sales chart.
