Not a month after the November 8 arrest on charges of burglary and trespassing,Katt Williams found himself taking a trip to the Coweta County jail again, this time for his entanglement in an incident at a Georgia Wal-Mart.

According to the Newnan Times-Herald, someone placed a 911 call reporting that there was a man was in the Wal-Mart parking lot with a shot gun. The Newnan Police Department responded to the location and found both the mother and brother of Katt Williams‘ girlfriend, Yolanda, present at the scene, as well as the comedian.

Authorities are speculating that Yolandas relatives confronted Katt in the parking lot because they were “concerned about [Yolandas] welfare.”

After the police conducted a brief investigation Katt was released from questioning. “There are no charges on Katt Williams at this time and we do not expect there to be any charges,” said Newnan Chief of Police Douglas L. Meadows. “We checked some firearms and they were returned to Katt Williams. We’re still unclear whether there was a gun pulled on someone or not.”
