Gunplay lost his cool at his birthday party and threatened to shoot the club up after the DJ played 50 Cent’s music.
The former MMG rapper was celebrating his 44th birthday at Miami’s G5ive strip club on Tuesday night (July 18) and nearly went berzerk as footage emerged showing him raging at the DJ for playing a 50 song.

“Why would you play that?!” Gunplay yelled while shoving people out of the way and throwing a trash can at DJ Juice.
“Don’t touch me before I shoot this shit up! Don’t you fucking touch me. I’ll kill everything in here!” he added, scaring fellow club-goers. “Do you know where you at?”
Gunplay later issued a statement to XXL explaining that he let it slide when the DJ played 50 Cent’s “Many Men,” but lost it when he cued up Fif’s “I Smell a Pussy” and shouted him out.
“After the birthday party we decided to celebrate my 44th at G5Miami,” he began. “When we first arrived it was all love. After the bottle girls brought out our bottles and ones.

“DJ Juice started to shout me out for my birthday and started to play ‘Many Men’ by 50 Cent. At this point I just vibed out and let it play. DJ Juice decided to shout my name out once more and play ‘I Smell A Pussy’ by 50 Cent.”
He continued: “At this point I felt disrespected and tried. How I reacted is clear in the video. I never once intentionally pushed my wife or wanted to cause her harm. The clip that went viral was the end of the altercation. I didn’t know who was touching me and wanted them off.”

Gunplay also said that the nightclub’s owner apologized to him and DJ Juice was fired shortly after the incident.
“G5Miami owner Rick Taylor has not only extended an [apology,] DJ Juice was fired and not paid for the set,” he added. “I apologize to the innocent bystanders who were threatened in my moment of rage. I love my wife and my fans.”
Despite his fit of rage, Gunplay called the party the “absolute most memorable birthday I’ve ever had” while sharing photos and videos from the night on Instagram.
The Triple C’s member was gifted a custom red ruby Rolex made by Franky Diamonds by his wife, and was also seen partying with Rick Ross.
