Gillie Da Kid has offered his thoughts on what fuels the majority of rap beefs as a number of high-profile feuds continue to consume the culture.
On Tuesday (April 23), the Million Dollaz Worth Of Game host shared a clip to Instagram in which he elaborated on what he believes is the chief motivator behind proliferating tensions in the Hip Hop community.

“Ya’ll realize in this rap beef that’s going on, right, just like a lot of rap beefs, most of it be about a bitch, because the reality of it is all these n-ggas is super rich,” he began. “All these n-ggas money is longer than mothafuckin’ Broad Street, all these n-ggas can paint mothafuckin’ 7th Ave[nue] with 100s, so it ain’t nothing to beef about other than a bitch.
“Rap n-ggas is some of the most sensitive n-ggas in the country when it come to bitches, because they get to a city and they meet a bitch, and the bitch be a little chicken tender, and they start fuckin’ with the bitch and they feel like this bitch is his. No, this is not your bitch, bro — this bitch waiting for [Drake] to come to town next week; this bitch is waiting on Future two weeks from now; this bitch is waiting on Moneybagg Yo to get here. This not your bitch, man.”

He concluded: “Some of these women out here are professional mothafuckin’ positioners — they know exactly what outfit look the best on them, they know exactly how to do their makeup, they know exactly where the n-ggas gone be at, and all they got to do is position themselves in the right place and they know a n-gga gone choose on them tonight.
“So understand a lot of time these women ain’t for you, they for the game, man. Most of these rap beefs that go on be about a bitch. Trust me.”
Just last week, the podcaster expressed how unimpressed he was by Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole’s recent battle, describing it as “corny” compared to some of Hip Hop’s most famous feuds.
During an appearance on The Big Podcast With Shaq, he offered his thoughts on the recent exchange between K. Dot and Cole that ended with the latter pulling out of the beef with an apology.
“J [Cole] is my guy, great dude, [but] it was a total [bitch] move, bro,” the 40-year-old said, before referencing the bars that started it all last month. “First of all, let’s just be honest: that’s not no diss record. ‘Fuck the big three, it’s just big me.'”
To illustrate his point about striking with aggression, he quoted 2Pac‘s “Hit ‘Em Up” as well as Nas‘ “Ether” and said: “The last time I checked, diss records went like this: ‘First off, fuck your bitch and the clique you claim/ Westside when we ride, come equipped with game/ You claim to be a playa but I fucked your wife/ We bust on Bad Boy n-ggas, fucked for life.’

Gillie concluded: “Those was diss records. Not no, ‘Fuck the big three, it’s just big me.’ What? And then even J. Cole’s response. ‘Your first album was hot, your second album wasn’t/ Your third album they gassed it.‘ What is we talking about, man?! Diss records used to be like, ‘Fuck you, buddy. You can’t fuck with me.'”
