G-Eazy has decided to make his move across the country official by selling his Los Angeles home — and he’s asking a pretty penny for it.

TMZfirst caught wind that the rapper is putting his Beachwood Canyon home up for sale for $3.7 million, in order to finalize his move to New York City.

TMZ reports that G-Eazy has primarily been living in NYC for the past three years. He bought the L.A. home in 2016 for a little less than half of the current asking price.

Last year, the public got a glimpse of how the relationship between former collaborators G-Eazy and Bebe Rexha has soured.

Taking to her Instagram Story last June, the pop star shared a screenshot of a group chat with her team – showing that G went through her people to ask if she’d be interested in shooting social content revisiting their 2015 collaboration “Me, Myself & I.” The answer was a resounding no.

“@g_eazy you have my number. Why don’t you text me and ask me yourself you stuck up ungrateful loser,” she wrote with the screenshot. “You’re lucky people are liking you again. Cause I could go in on all the shitty things you’ve done and how you treated me after giving you your only real hit. Btw the answer is no. Hope you good. [peace sign emoji]”

Bebe later deleted the Story, but explained more in a post to X.

“Someone from my team had me take down my Instagram story,” she said. “I decided to remove it because it felt very negative and toxic. Sometimes trauma can lead us to react that way, and that period of my life was traumatizing. I am writing this because I regret taking it down and I want to say that I still stand by what I said.”
