Fivio Foreign has never shied away from expressing his love and admiration for Kanye West, though he still refuses to change his album release date for the mogul.

On Wednesday (January 31), the New York drill rapper took to Twitter to make it clear that not even learning that he and Ye are scheduled to release their next projects on the same date could get him to change his plans.

Fivio Foreign made a splash when he broke into the industry with “Big Drip” back in 2020. Since then, the Brooklyn native has blossomed into a superstar and even managed to cultivate a close friendship with Kanye West.

In 2022, he hopped on Twitter to reflect on his relationship with the Chicago rap icon as he was apparently in his feelings. He took a moment to soak in how far he’d come, from running the streets of New York City with his friends to texting Ye.
